or charitable and includes- Grants,
including mashrut-ul-khidmat for any
purpose recognized by the Muslim law
as pious, religious or charitable. A
waqf-alal-aulad to the extent to which
the property is dedicated for any
purpose recognized by Muslim law as
pious, religious or charitable.
