Services Contract

This Freelance Contract (this “Contract” or this “Freelance Contract”), is entered into
and WILL make effective as of MAY 28th ,29TH and 30TH 2021

Between:

SHIVANGI GOHIL & TEJAS, THE CLIENTS.

ALEX CORBANEZI BEAUTY, with an office located at AV PASEO DE TOLEDO MZ 11 LT

9 PLAYA DEL CARMEN, MEXICO,
THE SERVICE PROVIDER

WHEREAS:
1. Customer has a need for HAIR AND MAKEUP SERVICES
2. Freelancer has an interest in performing such services for Customer;
3. The parties wish to set forth the terms and conditions upon which services will be
provided to Customer;
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing, and the mutual promises herein
contained, the parties hereby agree as follows:

• Complimentary hair and makeup trial

May 28th – Mehndi

• Bridal hair and makeup

• 2 Moms hair and makeup
• 1 family member hair and makeup

MAY 29th – Pithi – 6:30am

• 2 Moms hair and makeup

• 2 family members hair and makeup

May 29th – Grah Shanti

• Bride hair and makeup (Quick 30 minutes fix after Pithi)

MAY 29TH AFTERNOON - SANGEET

• Bride´s hair and make up for Sangeet at 3pm

• 2 Moms hair and makeup
• 1 family member hair and makeup

MAY 30TH MORNING – CEREMONY

• Bride´s hair and makeup for Ceremony at 5am

• 2 Moms hair and makeup
• 5 family members hair and makeup

MAY 30TH AFTERNOON - RECEPTION

• Bride´s hair and makeup for Reception 3 pm

• 2 Moms hair and makeup
• 1 family member hair and makeup

PRICING/RATES
BRIDAL SO GORGEOUS PACKAGE $1150
20 Hair and makeup services. 20x145. $2900

SUBTOTAL $4,050.00

Discounts:
5% disc. Bridal package - $58
Complimentary hair and makeup trial. -$220

Total $3,772.00 Deposit $1,886. Balance $1,886.00

Terms and Conditions

• . CLIENT MUST HAVE A DRY HAIR (AT LEAST NOT SOAKED) IN ACCORDANCE TO THE STYLE DISCUSSED WITH THE
HAIRSTYLIST. BLOW DRY INCREASES THE SESSION TIME AND CAN BE AN EXTRA $20 USD CHARGE.
• . IF YOU ARE HIRING A BLOW DRY ONLY, HAIR CAN BE WET.
TIMES ARE TO BE RESPECTED FOR BOTH PARTIES. WAITING TIME FROM THE STYLIST MAY GENERATE AN EXTRA COST.
• SERVICES IN THIS CONTRACT CANNOT BE CANCELED AT LAST MINUTE.
• BALANCE WILL BE FULLY PAID TO THE RESORT BEFORE THE EVENT.
• ANY ACCESSORIES, JEWELRY AND HAIR EXTENSIONS TO BE USED MUST BE BROUGHT BY THE CLIENT.
• ANY EXTRA SERVICES HAVE TO BE PAID THROUGH THE RESORT.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, by their respective signatures below, the parties have caused the Contract to be duly executed
and effective as of the Effective Date.
