Subject: Holiday Policy Extension- Update to Company Bylaws; 10-Day addition

I am glad to announce that beginning on January 1st, 2022, all Flor De Cana staff members

will have access to an additional 10 days to celebrate any religious, ethnic, or cultural holiday.

The executive committee has decided that any 10 days can be taken off for holidays throughout

the working year. These days will not impact vacations, personal days off, or sick days. 

We ask all personnel to submit via email the days they intend to take off in the following year to

celebrate special holidays by December 29th, 2021 to their local Human Resource

representative. National Holidays such as New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr Day, Veteran's

Day, and any other holiday marked on the Companies calendar as a federal holiday will not

count against employees' 10-day holiday extension. 

You can change your mind during the year as long as you have not yet taken off the full 10

holidays. Contact the human resource department to inform them of your modified holiday

schedule.
