广州市酷浦斯机械有限公司于2009年3月9日投资建
立。
公司位于广州市新塘镇。公司拥有自主产权的实验
基地，5000平米的生产厂房，拥有多台先进的数控
加工设备、精密的检测仪器等。
本公司专业生产新型钎焊板式换热器。公司拥有先进的
钎焊技术和计算机准确的过程控制，有效的保证了换热
器的钎焊质量，同时还拥有国际一流的换热器设计，有
高效率自动板片生产线，拥有高精度快速压机、特殊设
计的高效率真空炉等制造设备以及先进的检测、检验设
备，建有传热和疲劳试验室。年生产能力超50万台。
公司坚持高起点、高质量、高服务的原则，不断开拓创
新，以技术为核心、视质量为生命、奉用户为上帝，为
客户提供高品质的产品和无微不至的售后服务。实现为

in our 5000M² workshop.
Specialized in manufacturing of innovative brazed plate heat
exchanger, with our advaced brazing technology and precise

With our leading PHE designs, efficient plate processing, precise
pressing machine, dedicated vacuum furnace and advanced
testing and inspection equipment, heat transfer and fatigue test
lab, we are capable of an annual yield of 500,000PCs.

常规系列
Conventional
FS常规产品主要用于HVAC中的冷却和加热；工业流程中的冷却和加热；油冷器；制冷行业中的蒸发
器、冷凝器和经济器；空气源热泵热水器中的经济器。

当应用于介质有相变换热时(蒸发器、冷凝器和经济器)，或对介质的压力降有严苛要求时，FS常规产品可
获得更高的换热效率。

FS conventional products are used for cooling and heating in HVAC; cooling and heating in
industrial processes; oil coolers; evaporators, condensers and economizers in the refrigeration
industry; and economizers in air-source heat pump water heaters.

When applied to phase change heat transfer (evaporator, condenser and economizer) or strict
requirements for pressure drop, FS conventional products can get higher heat transfer efficien-
cy.

作为冷凝器使用
Condenser working principle

socket weld：专门为铜管钎焊设计的不锈钢接头。
焊接方法：清理接头表面，涂助焊剂，铜管插入接头，采用≥45%银的焊料，软钎焊温度≤450℃（840℉），硬钎焊温度450～800
℃（840～1470℉）。包裹湿布防止换热器过热，切勿加热过度，会导致换热器内部铜焊熔化。
thread：按ISO标准生产制造的英制管螺纹接头。
英制管螺纹有两种配合方式：圆柱内螺纹与圆锥外螺纹组成“柱/锥”配合；圆锥内螺纹与圆锥外螺纹组成“锥/锥”配合。

socket weld: stainless steel connections designed for copper pipe welding.
Welding method: clean the surface of the connection, apply flux, insert the copper pipe into the connection, use
silver-copper solder with ≥45% silver, soldering temperature ≤450℃ (840℉), brazing temperature 450～800℃ (840-
1470℉). Wrap damp clothes to prevent the heat exchanger from overheating. Do not overheat it, which will cause the
brazing inside the heat exchanger to melt.
thread: british pipe threaded connections manufactured according to ISO standards.
There are two matching methods for pipe threads: cylindrical internal thread and conical external thread; conical
internal thread and conical external thread.

FS BHE for Air Dryers is a product customized for refrigeration dryer industry with high heat exchange
efficiency and long service life.

FS冷干机系列是一款为冷干机生产商定制的，具有很高换热效率和使用寿命的产品。
与其它钎焊板式换热器应用于压缩空气干燥不同的是，FEKS冷干机系列不仅将压缩空气热
回收器，蒸发器和气水分离器设计成一个模块（又称三合一），而且具有独特且唯一的特性：
Different with other brazed plate heat exchanger using for drying compressed air, FEKS BHE for Air Dryers
combines heat recovery, evaporator, and moisture separator of the compressed air into one modular (also
named “three-in-one” modular) and it possesses certain unique features as below:
①. The number of plates in the separator can be determined by its working load, which is the volume of the com-
pressed air. With no need independent air compression design, the product cost is minimized.
②. The addition of pre-drainage at the heat recovery can lower the power consumption of the evaporator.

③. The connection at the top of the moisture separator can provide part of the cooled dry compressed air to the user,

FS烟气系列换热器主要用途为冷却辅助水、二级工艺烟气。
产品结构紧凑，可以节省能源，减少维修，但会造成系统水耗变高,烟气粉尘浓度不能超过30mg/m³。
FS Y series heat exchanger main purpose is to cool the auxiliary water, secondary flue gas.
Compact structure, save energy, reduce maintenance, but will cause the system to get higher
water consumption, flue gas dust concentration cannot exceed 30mg/m³.

先进的框架技术

优越的夹紧螺栓系统

菲尔克斯换热器采用的夹紧螺栓，主要由以下系统组成：

结构 ·轴承盒使螺栓很好九尾而且容易拧紧。

·防滑垫圈防止螺栓在拧紧时转动。

板式换热器是由一组波纹金属板组成，上有四个角孔，供传热的两种流体通过。金属板片安装在一

个侧面有固定板和活动压紧板的框架内，并用夹紧螺栓夹紧。板片上装有密封垫片，将流体通道密

封，并且引导流体进行交替地流至各自的通道内，形成热交换。流体的流量、物理性质、压力降和

温度差决定了板片的数量和尺寸。波纹板不仅提高了湍流程度，并且形成许多支撑点，足以承受介

质间的压力差。

金属板和活动压紧板悬挂在上导杆上，并由下导杆定位，而杆端则固定在支撑柱上，但如果其中一

种液体或两种液体在换热器内不止通过一次，则接口应开在固定板和活动压紧板上。

五点金属定位系统

优这个系统是用于角孔直径在140mm以上的换热器上。板
免粘接垫片
上的定位是以五点金属与金属接触而确定上导杆的三点，可

以防止板片上下移动，下导杆的两点限制板片不会左右移

动。用五点定位，板片组既可以在导杆上没有阻力地前后移

动，又可以拆装后完全复位。垫片密封准确，丝毫不差，从

而保证了换热器拆装后寿命更耐久。

这套系统只需要一个人，用简单的工具就可以轻易地拆装换

热器。所有的螺栓是流通制的并涂有防腐材料及润滑油，外

罩塑料套管。重型六角螺母使拆装更容易，而所有夹紧螺栓
“卡扣”垫片的特点是：
都在换热器的侧面安装。
·更换垫片快捷方便，大大减少了停机时间。

·密封于固定功能分离。即使一部分起固定功能的“卡扣”发生故障，垫片仍能在槽中起到密封作用。
