GENDIESEL PHILIPPINES INC., (formerly General Diesel Power Corporation) has been in the business for
over 45 years, having been incorporated in September 1974. An acknowledge industry leader, it is primarily
engaged in the importation and distribution of diesel engines, automatic transmission, and on and off –
highway trucks and buses.

Upon its appointment by General Motors Overseas Distribution Corporation (GMODC) as an exclusive
distributor in the Philippines of Detroit Diesel Engines and Allison automatic transmission products,
GENDIESEL grew to be one of the frontrunner in the supply, distribution and maintenance business for
various applications such as electric generator sets, electro-mechanical, industrial, mining and marine
products, among others.

SOLAR ENERGY
• Since 2005 Gendiesel has developed a range of products and
capabilities to implement a wide range of Solar Energy projects like Solar
Home Lighting Systems, Solar Street Lights and power plants.

• We have completed projects mostly in the off grid areas in Mindanao


funded by World Bank through the Department of Energy and also in
Metro Manila.

• We will also undertake projects to provide hybrid options for power


generation, either with a diesel genset or the grid.

• We intend to expand our activities in the Solar Energy field to include


agricultural applications.
