I, TERESITA CANGAS DAYANG, of legal age, single parent, and a resident

of 311 Nazarette St., Caniogan, Pasig City, after having duly sworn in accordance
with law, hereby depose and say:

1. That I am the mother of JOHN LESTER DAYANG, who was born out of
wedlock on September 13, 2003 at Pasig City;

2. That aside from my said son, he has a child named PRINCESS ALESZA,
DEL MUNDO DAYANG, 2 years old, also born out of wedlock and
left her to my custody;

3. That I am the only one responsible for my son’s financial needs and
daily existence and educational requirements and also
responsible for financial needs of my granddaughter, being a solo
parent;

4 That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing

allegations and for whatever purpose it may serve.

with law, hereby depose and say:

1. That I am the mother of JENNY EJATID BASAN, who gave birth to

SMILEY ALEXAH VENICE E. VILLALOBOS born out of wedlock on May
21, 2010 at Pasig City;

2. That my said grandchild is under my care and custody and I am the one
responsible for her financial needs , being a solo parent.

4 That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing

allegations and for whatever purpose it may serve.
