AFFIDAVIT OF MINORITY

I, JOANNA SIMBULAN GACHO, of legal age, Filipino, widow and a resident

of 536 Calbayog St., Mandaluyong City, after having been duly sworn under
oath, hereby depose and say:

1. That I am the mother of ROSE ANNE C. ARCEO. to the late Segundo G.

Arceo, Jr. as shown by the annotation of legitimated by subsequent
Marriage of Parents on October 26, 2002 in her Certificate of Live Birth
issued by the Local Civil Registrar of Pasig City;

2. That I belong to the majority group and presently unemployed;

3. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing

allegations and for whatever purpose it may serve.
