execute all or any of the following acts, to wit:

1. To enter, make, negotiate, sign, execute, and deliver contracts,

documents, agreement with VASTANA PROPERTIES AND
DEVELOPMENT CORP. or its representative, concerning the purchase of
a property, under the terms and conditions which may be determined
reasonably and necessary and acceptable to my said Attorney-in-
fact;

2. To pay and deliver any amounts and/or checks in consideration of the

agreement and to obtain the official receipts concerning thereof;

3. To apply for a bank loan, on my behalf, in consideration of the said

agreement;

4. To execute such acts as my Attorney-in-fact may consider it

appropriate for the construction of the house, the preservation and
administration of the property and all matters concerning the purchase
thereof;

5. To manage and administer the construction of the house and to make

decisions in all matters regarding the construction including but not
limited to the approval of or modification and/or alteration of house
designs, details, change of orders, house paint colors, tiles, construction
materials and all aspects of construction with unlimited and general
management and we withhold no power from my true and lawful
Attorney-in-Fact;

6. To make, sign, execute, and deliver contracts, documents, agreements,

application for basic city services like water, electricity, telephone lines,
cable, etc., and other writings of whatever nature or kind, with any and
all third persons, concerns, or entities, upon terms and conditions
acceptable to my said Attorney-in-Fact;

7. To enter into, make, sign, execute, and deliver contracts, documents,

agreements, and other pertinent instruments or writings of whatever
nature or kind which may be necessary to carry out the authority
contained in this Special Power of Attorney;

8. To appoint a substitute or a third person to act in her stead and

delegate the exercise of any and all of its Authority/Powers under this
Special Power of Attorney;

 HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorney-in-fact full power and
authority whatsoever requisite and necessary or proper to be done in or about the
premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as the undersigned principal might or
could lawfully do if personally present, with power of substitution and revocation, and
hereby ratifying and confirming all that the undersigned’s attorney-in-fact shall do or
cause to be done and by virtue of these presents.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said Attorney-in-Fact full

power and authority to do and perform all and every act requisite and necessary in
carrying out the foregoing, as fully to all intents and purposes as we may or could have
done personally if present, with full power of substitution and revocation, and hereby
