Get recognition from Client Manager / BA / Internal Stakeholders for finding design flaws / defects / bringing
confidence the testing / any other value add that you are doing.

Make every effort to improve quality of the work done by you, which will help Capgemini to earn trust from client to
help get more business.

confidence to testing / any other value add that you are doing.

To get additional new business by Identifying new opportunity within your area and support your supervisor to
work through it.
