Tim Berners-Lee - created the World Wide Web.
Steve Jobs - created the first effective personal computer called the Apple 1
The Apple 1 was a huge advancement in computer sciences and it carved the path for
the computers we have now. Apple has created iPhone, iPod, iPad, iMac, and Apple
TV.
Bill Gates - He founded Microsoft, which creates almost everything that has to do with
computers. Microsoft develops programs like Microsoft Office, Windows, and many
other influential products.

2. Aside from communication what other aspects of society are being influenced
in the information age?
EVERYTHING. Education, investing, home ownership, entrepreneurship, marketing,
gardening, healthcare, adopting kids, geopolitics, international relations, ethics, law….

3. What other technological advancement can possibly be developed in the

future?
Future Inventions That Could Exist By 2050
 AI enabled robots - The current technology trends in 2020 seem bright in terms
of humans working in parallel to robots.
A lot of being said about AI taking away human jobs, but on the contrary, experts have
stated that AI is expected to create up to 3 new job opportunities in-lieu of 1 job that it
takes.
Which means we shall be able to witness the high performance, efficiency, and
accurate strategy and planning across major sectors.
 Seamless IoT in home and business - IoT is witnessing major growth recently,
and the future technology timeline states that it shall witness a boom similar to the
dotcom era.
A lot of businesses are currently working on sustainable IoT solutions for home users as
well as business, and soon a seamless IoT ecosystem shall emerge.
  Space tourism - SpaceX has already taken the lead in developing a sustainable
space tourism model, and there are other competitors as well as working in this avenue.

This is a huge driver in terms of job creation opportunities, new business avenues within

highly sought after.
And now companies like Amazon and Jubilant Foodworks are employing drones for
the delivery of good and pizzas respectively.
This is quite an insight into the future as drones might form the basic ecosystem of
the entire logistics industry by 2050.
 Virtual Reality - VR-AR is currently being explored in a lot of fields. But from an
absolute business point of view, some avenues to be explored can include academics,
employee/customer onboarding, training, tourism such as; adventure sports, and for
overall immersive entertainment. We can definitely see a lot of these applications by
2050.
 Medical advancement with AI and nanobots - Nanobots are being extensively
researched to detect and cure diseases, which includes direct drug delivery. Some
more future technology ideas 2050 include capturing human memories and emotions
to create a forever surviving AI-based artificial body as a natural human. New drug
development can also push the human lifespan, while artificial organs can help end the
dependency on donors.
