method of comparing two versions of a webpage or app (A and B)
against each other to determine which one performs better. You

An app (short for application) is a software program that is

A chatbot is a computer program designed to simulate an
intelligent conversation on a text or verbal basis. It is a form of
artificial intelligence (AI) that operates within defined set of rules
and parameters and provides a form of automated service that
users can interact with. A chatbot can provide many functions and
can be hosted in most major chat platforms like Facebook

used for various practical purposes such as customer service. For
example, if a customer typed the question ‘What time does your
