You, graduates are the pride of the institution for completing your seven
years of elementary education. You have proven your diligence, patience,
perseverance and intent to pursue your education which will surely pave your
way to success. My topmost congratulation is therefore given to you. Let this
years’ theme be your guiding principle as you strive for more: “Kalidad ng
Edukasyon Lalong Patatagin sa Gitna ng Pandemya” (Strengthening the
Quality of Education Amid the COVID-19 Pandemic). Your achievement today
speaks how strong you are in determination of your quest for knowledge.

Prior to the opening of classes, alumni from abroad mobilized the group
and came up with an amount that can support the operation of the school with
the amount generated of Forty-three thousand, eighty-one pesos and fifty
centavos (P43,081.50). This was through the initiatives of Alumnus Emilou
Songalia.
Although all schools are affected with the pandemic, still we were able to
qualify for the Regional School-Based Management (SBM) Validation to be
conducted by the Quality Assurance Division sometime in August after being
validated by the Division SBM validators as Level III in its level of practice. This
was made possible through the diligence of the teachers with the support of the
stakeholders. The upcoming regional validation is a big challenge to all of us as
we are still on the process of completing the required means of verification.
In the mid-part of the school year, the school was freed being used as
municipal quarantine facility thus teachers were able to utilize the facilities
especially in the distribution and retrieval of learning packages.
The greatest achievement the school have is, it was able to maintain the
basic performance indicators on enrollment, survival and completion rates
thus promoting the four hundred eighty-one (481) learners from Kindergarten
to Grade 6.
Everyone, hope to see you next school year. Thank you and God bless!
