GRADUATION MESSAGE
July 16, 2021

My warmest Congratulations batch 2021!

Education must continue no matter what even in case of disaster and

uncertainties. Pandemic and other related circumstance will never hinder in
the journey of our young generations as they quest for knowledge. Education
and life will never be separated especially in the fast evolution of technology. It
is therefore worthwhile saying Education is Life.

My warmest congratulations to the people behind the success of Batch

2021 of our beloved Tanauan II Central School.

You, graduates are the pride of the institution for completing your seven
years of elementary education. You have proven your diligence, patience,
perseverance and intent to pursue your education which will surely pave your
way to success. My topmost congratulation is therefore given to you. Let this
years’ theme be your guiding principle as you strive for more: “Kalidad ng
Edukasyon Lalong Patatagin sa Gitna ng Pandemya” (Strengthening the
Quality of Education Amid the COVID-19 Pandemic). Your achievement today
speaks how strong you are in determination of your quest for knowledge.

Learning Facilitators as popularly known, serving and acting as teachers

at home aside from being parents or guardians to these young graduates, your
job was so rewarding. My salute to you for the assistance extended to the
teachers in reaching the minimum learning competencies prescribed by the
department of education to your children. I know you had a great challenge
although you had this situation at home during your follow-up with the
learning of your children during the normal face to face delivery of the lessons.
Thank you so much.

To my colleagues, who had been consistently my wind beneath my wings

in soaring high, my sincerest appreciation to each and everyone. The greatest
achievement the school has is definitely due to you. Your love and dedication
are very evident. The school and the whole department are so blessed for
having you as their servant; messenger of learning and definitely messenger of
change. I am so confident that you will maintain to be as such until our
retirement.

To complete the package, one year of challenging delivery of learning

would never be realized without the people around who served as stewards in
the journey. The backbone and the whole structure of the barangay who
usually fill the gaps, my deepest gratitude. You may continue to be our
strength in order to sustain whatever we have started and in whatever we
strive for, you are ready with your open arms to fetch us up.

Everyone, thank you so much. To God be the Glory!

STATE OF THE SCHOOL ADDRESS
1st Virtual Graduation Exercises-July 16, 2021
Arnulfo M. Octa-School Head

Guests, dynamic district supervisor, Mrs. Pamela S. Almanza, ever

supportive barangay council headed by Honorable Fred C. Nirza, equally
supportive GPTA officers headed by Mr. Anreto B. Tomol, Jr., Graduates of
Batch 2021, Parents, friends, ladies and gentlemen, good day!

Allow me to express my sincerest thanks and appreciation for the

continued support to the school in the implementation of the different
programs and projects even in this trying time and that’s why we were able to
surpass another school year. With this, allow me too to mention the following
accomplishments.

Prior to the opening of classes, alumni from abroad mobilized the group
and came up with an amount that can support the operation of the school with
the amount generated of Forty-three thousand, eighty-one pesos and fifty
centavos (P43,081.50). This was through the initiatives of Alumnus Emilou
Songalia.

In the production of Learning Packages, the school was able to received

donation of printer from a concerned citizen. In addition, the school was able to
find a partner through their Free Use Project wherein, the use of copier is free
and we need only to buy toner which enable this to lessen the burden of
teachers in the production of learning materials of the learners.

Although all schools are affected with the pandemic, still we were able to
qualify for the Regional School-Based Management (SBM) Validation to be
conducted by the Quality Assurance Division sometime in August after being
validated by the Division SBM validators as Level III in its level of practice. This
was made possible through the diligence of the teachers with the support of the
stakeholders. The upcoming regional validation is a big challenge to all of us as
we are still on the process of completing the required means of verification.

In the mid-part of the school year, the school was freed being used as
municipal quarantine facility thus teachers were able to utilize the facilities
especially in the distribution and retrieval of learning packages.

The greatest achievement the school have is, it was able to maintain the
basic performance indicators on enrollment, survival and completion rates
thus promoting the four hundred eighty-one (481) learners from Kindergarten
to Grade 6.

Allow me therefore to thank everyone for the continued support to the

school. To the houses who were used as Learning Hubs, the barangay officials
for granting our requests, community volunteers who took part in bringing
back the cleanliness of the school, parents for trusting your children to us,
teachers who painstakingly do the duties and obligations even to the extent of
risking their health.
