IDL Insurance Marketing Company is a growing insurance intermediary and duly licensed by
the Insurance Regulatory Development Authority of India (IRDAI) as IMF* under under
Registration of Insurance Marketing Firm Regulations, 2015. Our company was incorporated

Our Partners: PNB Metlife Insurance Company, LIC (In process), IFFICO Tokio General
Insurance Company and National Insurance Company (in process).

Currently our company has launched an online (due to COVID Pandemic) internship program
with a special focus on management students** (Other interested students/individuals can
also apply) and we are in process for making our annual calendar for the same. We are a
new company hence there is a great potential for mutual learning.

 Post internship support and guidance to establish IMF or other NBFC (Non Banking
Financial companies)

(Note: Our executive directors are also members of NBFC company i.e. IDL SHG INDIA NIDHI
Company (working since 2018). So the interested students can complete their internship
with the NIDHI Company too. )

Faculty: We have a well experienced and qualified team as per IRDAI norms. Our Director
Cum Principal officer has more than six years experience to work as Senior executive level in
the Finance and Insurance Sector.

Internship cost: We offer this internship with a subsidized cost of Rs. 5600/- per student for
one week to one month internship program.

* IMF (Insurance Marketing Firm) is a new distribution channel registered by IRDAI

(Insurance Regulatory Development Authority of India) under Registration of Insurance
Marketing Firm Regulations, 2015. IMF is authorized to solicit or procure insurance products
and to market, distribute and service other financial products including mutual funds,
pension plans, stocks, etc. The IMF has huge potential for the individuals who want to
work in insurance, mutual funds, stock market, pension products and other financial
services.

**Under the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (Registration of

Insurance Marketing Firm) (Amendment) Regulations, 2019 there is a good opportunity to
work as Principal Officer for MBA students. They can establish their own IMFs.
