out there, but this system is the best so so at two and very bad at one.

Here is how you know you have a lot
of P energy:

• They are not flexible against change


• They like to have and keep their routine
• They like to do things like planning,
accounting, excel sheets, analysis & …
• They make reservation most of the
time before go out.
• They know what they want to do
tomorrow, the day after tomorrow and
so on.

For now we will focus on your strength If you want to be successful at marketing,
and weakness mostly. you must memories all of these

• They love to start new things


• They usually live in the moment
• They want things fast
• They don’t like planning
• They mostly struggle at finishing what
they started.

You have to be honest with yourself.

of S energy:

• They love meeting new people for no


good reason other than hanging out
with them.
• They easily start a conversation with a
stranger they never going to meet
again.
Emotional
Here is how you know you have a lot
of E energy:

• They are able to connect intuitively


with people.
• They want to change the world.
• They want to solve the world
problems.
• They care about everything.

Reading people is a great skill that if you


have it, you will be lots of steps ahead in
your life.

You will be good at starting projects,


ideas, work and so on, but you can never
complete them.

If you want to run a successful business,


you must be good at everything.

Let’s say you have a very low A
energy:

• You may get good at the wrong thing.


• You may stuck at your projects.
• You may have ideas for years which
you didn’t start them.
• You will lose a lot of opportunities.
Social
Let’s say you have a very low S
energy:

• It will get very hard for you to


accomplish something big.
• It will be hard to make connections.

Pillars of business:

• Labor
• Land
Emotional
Let’s say you have a very low E
energy:

After you get to some of your goals,


nothing will have meaning for you.
So remember that you can not be
average.

• You had a business idea during the


last year and now it is at some stage in

• If you make decisions based on what
you think and you feel right now

Social
Your lead energy is S if :

• If you go out and simply for no reason


start talking with a stranger that you
are sure you won’t see them again.
• Good at making connection with
people for no reason at all ( not in the
purpose of business, date or … )
• Pure socializing
Emotional
Your lead energy is E if :

• You are after justice


• You want to fix problems ( in the
purpose of pure helping )
• You want to change the world
• You care about people’s lives

our weakness
Improving our
weakness
Peter f. Drucker:
You can not build performance on your
weaknesses. You can build only on
strength.

So here I’m not asking you to take your


weakness and make it a 10, but you can
not be average or lower.

For example if you have high P energy


and like to go in your office, close the
door and work, I don’t suggest you to
open a restaurant business.
You should know that usually:
High P = Low S
High A = Low E

What should you do if your P energy
is low:

You must try to do things that is hard


or boaring for you on a routine.
• Read books 5 or 10 min a day
• Go jugging 20 min a day
• Sleep and wake up at a certain
time every day.
• …

Do something that you need to do Do not pick something that is very


but you don’t like to do it, then try it hard or long, because then your

is low:

• Do something new, something that you


didn’t plan on doing it.
• Be a risk taker.
• Break your routine.
• Go eat at a new place you haven’t
tried.
• Try a new gym.
• Take a cold shower.
• Wake up and do something different
that you don’t usually do.

What should you do if your S energy
is low:

Go somewhere that there is no business


contact, where there is no benefit for you.
No one to date.
start speaking with someone new with no
reason just hanging out.

You don’t need to do this a lot, just Good news:


one or two times per month. Improving a weakness from 2 to 6 is
easy and quick.
But improving a skill from 9 to 10
will take years and years of
practicing.
Emotional
What should you do if your E energy
is low:

Go out and do something for others


which has no benefit for you .
Help people just because you can and
they need you.
