Business and Data Analysts works on a range of Alphonso’s products spanning TV-to-Digital
Retargeting and Insights for a growing portfolio of customers, which have a significant impact on
our business and the success of our customers.
● On TV Retargeting fronts, have the ownership of digital ad campaigns running on TV
data for Fortune 500 brands. Analyse the key campaign metrics and work with the Ad
Operations team to increase the effectiveness of customers’ ad spends
● On Insights fronts, analyse TV advertising campaigns for National brands and Local
businesses, measure the effectiveness of their marketing dollar investments on TV
advertising, understand competitor’s advertising strategy and recommend marketing
decisions on future campaigns
● Research on TV viewership behaviour, Industry-wide Ad spend on TV for online
publication/news, e.g. Effect of the absence of live sports (due to Covid-19) on TV
viewership trends
● Create case studies by analysing past TV viewership and exposure data
● Develop and run data science experiments and implement the insights gained from
experiments across customers
● Work with Sales and Account Managers to understand customers’ KPIs and goals

About the role - GILP Political Consultant

In this four year program, starting in the summer of 2021, Political Consultants will be part of multiple

project teams working on advising senior client members in the political domain. They will be a part of

multiple election campaigns and will work on some of the most challenging policy and governance

problems facing the country.

During campaigns, political consultants interact closely with political leaders and organizers at the

constituency, district, state and national level. While this is an interesting proposition and comes with

enormous exposure, it also raises expectations of maintenance of confidentiality, display of exemplary

client management skills and most importantly, of performance.

• In order to be eligible to apply for the Political Consultant position in GILP, you need to be
from the top engineering, law, commerce, science or arts colleges in the country.

• You should be currently in your final year of a graduate/undergraduate course (3, 4 or 5 year

integrated programs) at such a college and graduating from your course in 2021. Postgraduates are not
eligible for GILP.

Roles and Responsibilities:


 Perform diagnostic and predictive analytics to help create a portfolio segmentation strategy
considering, among others, macroeconomic environment, industry and micro-industry
concentrations, product, lifetime value, usage, risk appetite, geography, seasoning, term, credit
performance, etc.
 Influence, monitor, and assess impacts to Family Capital Funding’s portfolio as a result of
pricing,
product, acquisition strategy, underwriting policy, fraud detection, and portfolio monitoring and
collections.
 Create predictive early detection credit deterioration capabilities using internal and external
performance data.
 Investigate, create, implement and validate various risk and financial forecasts using complex
data
including cohort and time series analysis of loan balances, revenue performance, net income
performance, portfolio dynamics, etc. and ensure an enterprise wide consistency in estimations.
 Interface with Acquisition, Pricing, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to help
build
relationships, set goals and track operations performance, providing an actionable feedback loop as
it relates to portfolio performance across key Family Capital Funding metrics.
 Ensure sound credit control by taking a pro-active approach to risk management within the risk
guidelines of Family Capital Funding.
 Demonstrate governance, control and risk management behaviours in alignment with Family

Funding policies and practices. Document all new processes per Enterprise policy
