CHECKING THE STUDENT'S

LESSON
REQUEST
From the SCHEDULER, click on the student's ID. SCHEDULER
You will then be directed to the
TUTORING NOTES page.

On the Tutoring Notes page,


look for STUDENT PREFERENCES.

Take note of the student's requests:


You'll see here the requested MATERIAL.

Be mindful of your
speaking pace
and talk time.

Check if the student


wants to be corrected
during the lesson or not.

has Other Requests.

What if the material is not indicated in the Lesson Request?

1 Click on the RECENT NOTES tab.


2 Check the material used in the previous lesson.

3 Take note of the previous tutor's recommendations.

What if the material shown in the Recent Notes is different
from what is displayed in the LESSON REQUEST page?

1 Check the date in the LESSON REQUEST section.


2 Check the date of the previous lesson.
3 Follow the most recent one.

“Last lesson, you had the Jitsuyo Eikaiwa Level 6 Chapter 7 Lesson 9.
Is this correct? Would you like to continue with this material?"

What if the student chose a material that is
too advanced or too easy for him/her?

1 During the lesson, use the student's preferred material.


2 After giving the feedback, ask the student if it's okay
to recommend a material.
3 If the student is okay with this, proceed with the recommendation,
and tell the student that they can take it

What if the student would like to use


a Premium Lesson material?

Kindly inform the student that you do not have access
