Weight loss Diet plan

Breakfast -
1. Walnuts 3.0 piece (half of one)
2. Toned 🥛 milk 0.5 large glass
3. Roasted kala chana 1.5 tablespoon

Morning snack -
1. Lemon water without salt 3 cup
2. Pomegranate raw 0.5 cup

Lunch -
1. Curd 1 katori
2. Roti 2
3. Beet and 🥕 carrot salad 1 bowl
4. Tomato rice 1 katori
5. 100 gm paneer sbji

Evening snack-
1. Milk 0.5 glass
2. Cashew nuts 8 pieces
( Make shake of these add cardamom and cinnamon)

Dinner-
1. Roti 2
2. Cucumber, tomato,onion,carrot & radish salad 1 bowl
3. Moong &masoor ki daal 0.5 bowl

Note -
1. Don't exceed the recommended limit
2. Follow this diet consistently to get results
3. Drink plenty of water
4. Don't eat junk foods
5. 1 bowl = 170 ml or 175 gm
1 katori =124 gm
0.5 large glass =175 ml
1 cup = 250 ml
