A curriculum allows teacher to carefully plan out proper lessons and assessment
that will help students meet their goal. It is important for the teacher to know and plan
the curriculum to be able to sustain the needs of the student. As a teacher how can you
design the curriculum?

As a future teacher I should know my role as a designer of the curriculum first


thing I must consider is my learners’ capability knowing them better help me to design
the curriculum by choosing and implementing lesson objective that appropriate to their
unique learning abilities. Also, my responsibility as a designer is to prepare effective
lessons, grade student work and offer feedback, manage classroom materials and
productively navigate the curriculum. As a teacher in the future I should be aware on the
changes of the curriculum in order to respond effectively that will reflect on the school
context and be able to manage the teaching and learning process effectively.

Designing the curriculum is not easy to handle I requires and exert more effort to
make the curriculum meaningful for the learning of the student and to produce student
who are equipped with knowledge and skills. Be an artist in designing the curriculum to
create unique way of molding students.

2. In at least 100 words, as a future teacher, what would you do in order for you to
implement the curriculum in a better way?

As a future teacher to be able to implement the curriculum in a better way first is to


know my student by knowing them I can provide effective learning and sustain the
learning needs of my student. I should know their weakness in order for me to think
about a better way on how to help them out in the specific topic they do not understand.
By preparing different instructional material is a big help to implement the curriculum
better because through the IM’s it makes teaching and learning process interesting,
exciting and interactive and of course as an educator creating positive and motivated
classroom is important so that student feel that they are belong and accepted in the
group and it will result better learning.

3. As future teacher, briefly discuss your major role as a stakeholder of


curriculum. Are there issues you can cite as far as curriculum development is
concerned? Support your claim. Your answer should not be less than 150 words

As a future teacher my role as a stakeholder is to put into action and implement the
curriculum and ensures meeting the student needs. As a teacher and stakeholder of
curriculum I have an ability to shape student to become the best version of their self to
build positive and inspired future generation and therefore design society. My roles will
become my inspiration because teaching is a tough job, but it is one where you can
make the most impact in another person’s life. My role is to impart knowledge to student
and mold them to be a good citizen in our society and teach them to be an example for
the next generation.
