Title:

Develop a data gathering tool for trainees’ characteristics

Performance Objective:

Given the qualification you are assigned to, you should be able to develop a
data gathering tool for trainees’ characteristics that is suitable for the learners that
you have in your region or area of operation.

Supplies:
Bond paper

Equipment:
Personal computer, printer with ink

Steps / Procedure:

1. Refer to the sample data gathering tool in page 3 of this task sheet.

2. Based on the clients that you have, and the qualification assigned to you, edit
the file to make a data gathering tool for trainees’ characteristics which is
suitable to your qualification and area of operation.

3. Submit your work in the correct submission bin.

Note: The sample given in this task sheet is formatted for TM 1. You must construct
your own questionnaire that you can use with prospective trainees.

who have problems sitting still and who often bounce their legs
while tapping their fingers on the desks. They are often

text. Having to read long texts is pointless and will not be
retained by the auditory learner unless it is read aloud.
