SUBJECT : UTILIZATION OF BNVTS BUILDING AS QUARANTINE AREA

As part of the effort to prevent the entry and spread of the coronavirus disease
2019 or COVID-19 in Sorsogon City and the rest of the province, we would to inform
your good office that Bulusan National Vocational Technical School (BNVTS) has been
designated as the quarantine area for the nine (9) On-the-Job trainees who got
stranded due to Enhanced Community Quarantine in Luzon. These trainees are the
current graduates of TESDA-BNVTS who underwent in-plant training outside the region.

BNVTS has coordinated with the local government unit of Bulusan which
arranged the means of transportation, emergency kit preparations, orientation upon
arrival, health workers on duty, security personnel and other precautionary measures.
Rest assured that they will strictly follow and observed the GCQ protocol upon arrival.

BNVTS’ initiative is an extension activity of the school to help the parents and the
trainees amidst COVID-19 pandemic.

Relative to this, we are seeking permission from your good office for the conduct
of this activity and ask for support as to the extent of assistance we can provide to the
trainees.
