of a certain parcel of land situated at Brgy. Sinala, Municipality of Bauan,
Province of Batangas, containing an area of THREE HUNDRED NINETY NINE
(399) SQUARE METERS, more or less, as evidenced by Transfer Certificate of
Title No. T-72145, Lot 1864-P of the Registry of Deeds for the Province of
Batangas;

That, the said parcel of land is not tenanted nor being leased by anybody
or is being worked by any agricultural lessee;

That, I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of all the foregoing
facts and for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
