Lessons from Prophet Muhammad ‫ﷺ‬

ALLAH (S.W.T) says in Qur’an :

َ َّ
ً‫اَّلل كِرا‬ َ َ ْ ْ َّ َ َ ِّ ٌ ٌ ُ َّ
َ ‫اَّلل أ ْس َوة َح َسنَة ل َمن َكن يَ ْر ُجو‬
َ ‫اَّلل َواْلَ ْو َم اْلخ َر َوذك َر‬ ُ َ ْ ُ َ َ َ ْ َ َّ
‫ي‬ ‫ي‬ ‫ول ي‬ ‫لقد َكن لكم يِف رس ي‬
There has certainly been for you in the Messenger of Allah an excellent pattern for anyone
whose hope is in Allah and the Last Day and [who] remembers Allah often.

AL-AHZAAB VERSE # 21

ALLAH (S.W.T) says in Qur’an :

َ ْ ُ ُ ْ ْ ُ ْ َ َ َّ َ َ ْ ُ َّ َ َ َ َ ً َ َّ ْ َ ُ َ ْ َ
ً‫اذ ُك ُروا نيعمت اَّلل عليكم إذ كنتم أعداء‬
َ ْ ْ َ
‫َجيعا وَل تفرقوا ۚ و‬ ‫اَّلل ي‬
‫ي‬ ‫ي‬ ‫واعت يصموا يِبب يل ي‬
ُ َ َ َ َ َّ َ ِّ َ ْ ُ َ َ ٰ َ َ ْ ُ ُ ‫خ َوانًا َو‬
ْ َ ْ ُ ْ َ ْ ََ ْ ُ ُ ُ َ ْ َ َ َّ َ َ
‫ار فأنقذكم‬ ‫كنتم لَع شفا حفر ٍة من ال ي‬ ‫فألف بْي قلوبيكم فأصبحتم بي ينعم يت يه يإ‬
َ ُ َ ْ َ ْ ُ َّ َ َ َ ْ ُ َ ُ َّ ُ ِّ َ ُ َ ٰ َ َ َ ْ ِّ
‫منها ۚ كذليك يبْي اَّلل لكم آياتي يه لعلكم تهتدون‬

And hold firmly to the rope of Allah all together and do not become divided. And remember
the favor of Allah upon you - when you were enemies and He brought your hearts together and
you became, by His favor, brothers. And you were on the edge of a pit of the Fire, and He saved
you from it. Thus does Allah make clear to you His verses that you may be guided.
AAL-IMRAN VERSE # 103

ALLAH (S.W.T) says in Qur’an :

َ َّ ‫ِبوا ۚ إ َّن‬
َ‫اَّلل َم َع ال َّصابرين‬ ُ ُ َ َ ْ َ َ ُ َ ْ َ َ ُ َ َ َ َ َ ُ َ ُ َ َ َ َّ ُ َ َ
ْ ‫ك ْم ۚ َو‬
ُ ‫اص‬
‫يي‬ ‫ي‬ ‫ي‬ ‫وأ يطيعوا اَّلل ورسوَل وَل تنازعوا فتفشلوا وتذهب يرحي‬

Obey Allah and His Messenger and do not dispute with one another, or you would be
discouraged and weakened. Persevere! Surely Allah is with those who persevere.

AL-ANFAAL VERSE # 46

Prophrt Muhammad (e) said :

ْ‫ان َم َع ال ْ َواحد َو ُه َو م ْن اَل ْثنَ ْْي أَ ْب َع ُد َمن‬

َ َ ْ َّ َّ َ َ َ ْ ُ ْ َ ْ ُ َّ َ َ َ َ ْ ْ ُ ْ َ َ
‫عليكم بياْلماع ية و يإياكم والفرقة ف يإن الشيط‬
‫ي ي ي‬ ‫ي ي‬
ُ َ َ ُ ُ َ ِّ َ ُ ْ َ َ َ ُ ُ َ َ َ ُ ْ َّ َ ْ َ َ َ َ َ ْ ْ َ ْ َ ْ َ َّ َ ْ َ َ ُ ْ ُ َ َ َ
ُ.‫ك ْم ال ْ ُم ْؤ يمن‬ ‫أراد ِببوحة اْلن ية فليلزم اْلماعة من َسته حسنته وساءته سيئته فذ يل‬

Adhere to the Jama'ah, beware of separation, for indeed Ash-Shaitan is with one, and he is
further away from two. Whoever wants the best place in Paradise, then let him stick to the
Jama'ah. Whoever rejoices with his good deeds and grieves over his evil deeds, then that is the
believer among you.'"

Prophrt Muhammad (e) said :

َ َ َْ َ َ َّ ُ َ َّ ُ ُ َ َ َ َ َ َّ َ ْ َ
" ‫اَّلل مع اْلماع ية‬
‫اَّلل صىل اهلل عليه وسلم " يد ي‬
‫ قال قال رسول ي‬،‫اس‬ ٍ ‫ع ين اب ين عب‬

Ibn 'Abbas narrated that the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) said:

"Allah's Hand is with the Jama'ah."

Prophrt Muhammad (e) said :

َ َ َ َ ُ َ ْ َ
‫ِب ﷺ قال‬ َّ ‫ عن‬،‫عن أِب موَس‬
ِّ ‫ال‬
‫ي ي‬ ‫ي‬
ُ َ َ َ َ َّ َ َ ً ْ َ ُ ُ ْ َ ُّ ُ َ َ ْ ُ ْ َ ْ ُ ْ َ ْ ُ ْ َّ
‫ وشبك أصابيعه‬." ‫ يشد بعضه بعضا‬،‫ان‬ ‫" يإن المؤ يمن ليلمؤ يم ين َكْلني ي‬

The Prophet ) ‫ ( ﷺ‬said, "A faithful believer to a faithful believer is like the bricks of a wall, enforcing
each other." While (saying that) the Prophet ( ‫ ) ﷺ‬clasped his hands, by interlacing his fingers.

Al-Imam Al-Qurtabi (a) said :
