1. Go to www.unipune.ac.in. Click on BOD Online link.

2. BOD Home – click on Login link  Click on For Teachers

3. Please enter your teacher profile username and password as shown in following screen.

4. After login successfully, click on Main Menu then click on PHD Tracking.

5. To Fill the research center details , please click on Research Center Details Menu.

6. Fill all necessary details and upload latest continuation of affiliation letter and after filling details
please click on Submit & Go to Next button

7. To confirm Research Guide vacancies please click on Guide List Menu. Please select research
guide names to confirm vacancies and click on Confirm Button. Once you confirm then research
guides will not able to change the details.

You can see the list of confirm research guides vacancies as shown in following screen.

8. After confirmation of all research guide vacancies, please click on Research Center Vacancy
Report in Menu. Please verify the list of the students and list of research guides and submit duly
signed report by principal / director to PG Section.
