4. Please click on Declare Ph.D. Vacancy link on Teacher Profile Dashboard as shown below screen

5. Ph.D. Guide Vacancy Dashboard – Please read the instructions carefully. To declare the
vacancies please click on Apply here Button.
Please make sure that your personal details, approval history and Recognition details are filled
properly.

6. Research Guide Personal Details, Approval Details and Recognition Details is shown on this
page. Please verify and click on Go to Next Button as shown in following screen.

7. Registered Ph.D. Student details and Vacancy Details – All Registered students for Ph.D. are
listed here under your guidance. Please check and verify the students.

 If any student has already declared Ph.D. and again show in the list of student then mail to email
support.
If you have registered students for M. Phil then please fill the details. After filling all necessary
information please click on Go to Next Button

8. Guide Subject Details – To declare subject wise vacancies, please click on Apply here button.

After clicking on Apply here button, you will see the list of subjects, in which you have the Ph.D.
Recognition. Please select the subject, enter PUNCODE of the research center and select no. of
students you wish to guide for this subject. If your research center do not have the affiliation for
 the subject which you have the recognition, then you can enter other research center PUNCODE.
(Before entering other research center PUNCODE please co-ordinate with the concern authority
of the research center.). After filling all necessary information, please click on submit button.

If you have recognition in multiple subjects, then you can declare vacancies for multiple subjects. But you
cannot exceed the total no. of vacancies including all subjects

After filling subject wise vacancies, please click on Go to Home Button.
If you wish to edit the details, then please click on edit icon as shown in following screen. If you have
completed your vacancy declaration then please click on Submit for Approval Button. Your vacancy
declaration request will be generated and sent to concern research center. After Research center
confirmation, you will be able to download the report. Please download report for future reference.
