NARRATIVE REPORT ON CONDUCTED

COMMUNITY-BASED LEARNING ACTION CELL

One of the challenges that hinder the education system of our contemporary times is
the delivery mode of learnings. Since limited to no face to face learning is allowed, delivering
quality learning is one of the concern both of the community and the school as well thus Don
Felix de Leon MS partnered with the Barangay Local Unit conducted a Community-Based
Learning Action Cell to provide solution in this growing issues of the learning process.
The said Action Cell was initiated by the School and the community spearheaded by
the school principal, Mr. Francis C. Pangilinan. The CBLAC was conducted last June 25,
2020 in the Alumni Hall. The Learning Action Cell was participated by the teachers,
community, P.T.A. officers and stake holders. The Action Cell started through the singing of
National Anthem followed by the prayer immediately.
The following concerns were address in the said LAC such as: Enrolment, the
Delivery Mode, and Support of the Barangay in the implementation of the Learning
Continuity Plan. The Community-Based Learning Action Cell lasts for almost 3 hours and it
was concluded by the closing remarks given by the P.T.A. Officers Mrs. Lolita T. Garduce
