Note:

Do not carry any belongings like calculator, bags, mobile, electronic gadgets etc., to the test venue.

As your finger print will be taken at test center, please ensure that you do not have paint/ henna on your fingers.

Note: In addition to appearing in BITSAT-2021, candidates seeking admission to BITS have to also apply giving details of
their 12th marks and preferences. The prescribed application form for admission, the detailed application procedure will be

 IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES ON COVID-19

Candidates must maintain social distancing starting from point of entry in the exam venue till his/her exit from the exam
venue.
Candidate must bring their own mask, gloves, personal hand sanitizer (50ml), transparent water bottle, a simple pen with
transparent cover and the exam related documents (Admit Card, ID Card etc.). No other items will be permitted inside the
exam venue.
Candidates must bring a signed self-declaration in the format as given below to this effect (declaration is provided along
with this Admit Card) and show the same to the Security Guard at the entry point into the exam venue. THIS IS
MANDATORY.
Candidates showing COVID symptoms WILL NOT be allowed entry into the exam venue.
Entry of Candidates as per time-slot will be sent through SMS, to maintain Social Distancing at the Centre.
Temperature of a candidate will be checked at the entry to the exam venue via a Thermal Gun. Only those candidates will
be allowed inside the exam venue whose temperature is within the acceptable limit as approved by competent
authorities.
Mapping of 'Candidate's Application Number and the Lab Number' will NOT be displayed outside the exam venue, but the
same will be provided to the candidates individually at the time of entry of the candidate in to the exam venue after
verifying their Admit Card and ID proof.
Candidates need to follow directions given by the centre staff and stand in the markings at the entry points.

At registration desk, the candidate will be directed to sanitize his / her hands using sanitizer provided at the desk.
Photograph will be captured during the registration for the purpose of authentication later during admission process.
Candidates will be under CCTV surveillance throughout the exam duration within the lab.
Candidate is required to report at the exam venue strictly as per the time slot informed via SMS on his/her registered
mobile number one day prior to the exam date. It is expected that candidate strictly adheres to this time slot – as entry
into the test centre will be provided based upon the individual's time slot ONLY.
