List and explain the use of six strategies for improving verbal communication

Answer

1. Focus on the problem, not the person. Don't accept everything personally and just as well
express your needs for the immediate business. Solve the problem rather than trying to
control others. For example, talk to students outside of class about ways in which they can
interfere with class time and distract other students rather than ignoring students who
routinely answer questions inadequately in class.

2. Make it true rather than manipulate it. To be honest, be yourself publicly. Focus on being
honest with yourself and acting well and honestly with those around you.

3. Empathize, not isolated. There are certain boundaries to professional relationships when it
comes to interacting with colleagues, but it's important to be responsive and really care about
the people you work with. It will be difficult for them to care about you if you are not
reluctant to work with them.

4. Be flexible with others. Allows other perspectives and opens up to other ways of working.
Diversity brings creativity and innovation.

5. Take good care of yourself and your experience. Be firm about your rights and needs. If
you underestimate yourself, others will also underestimate you. Please suggest your ideas and
expect good treatment.

6. Use an acknowledgment. Answer others to acknowledge their experience. Thank you for
their opinion. Check their rights to your emotions, even if you disagree. Ask questions and
express positive emotions. Whenever possible, we provide positive feedback.

the point. A good presentation asks questions in the listener's mind.

The presentation delivers the presenter's information to the viewer. Presentations are

even after being shared.
