Detailed Feasibility Study report for ground mounted grid connected solar
project near GAIL, Vijaipur complex & include Engineering design & layout,
technology options, technical & commercial analysis of the solar plant as per
MNRE specifications & guidelines considering involvement of all civil,
structural, electrical, mechanical, instrumentation & other related works.
Detail Scope of Work Refer Annexure-1
1. Data gathering by visiting the actual site/land and its surroundings; Know
the discom role; Statutory rules required and state policy /guidelines on
banking & trading of solar power
2. Option(s) /Strategy for transmission (overhead/underground) of solar
power through 33 KV cable from site to GAIL,Vijaipur Complex for
captive use/ trade including route survey, RoU, Government regulation
(Central/State), risks etc by evaluating alternative(s) study through life
cycle costing method for best option
3. Integration, net metering and evacuation of power in scenario when
power requirement of the plant is lower than the power generated through
solar project, there will be back flow of power towards grid side. In order
to avoid any unpleasant incident, study & suggesting tentative location to
be done for the option for setting off excess power in the GAIL,Vijaipur
Complex by including suitable protection method as per good
engineering practice. Also study for provisioning of SCADA system at
GAIL,Vijaipur complex to be done for online monitoring.
4. Statutory requirements & clearances for ROUs for transmission line(if
required), railway crossing(if required) and private land if any,
5. GAIL’s RPO obligation analysis of existing major facilities
6. Schemes and incentives presently applicable for installation of solar plant
 9as per Central/State Government.

 Draft Feasibility Report (Soft Copy) within 4 weeks from the date of
LOA.
9 Deliverable  Final Feasibility Report 03 hard copies plus 01 soft copy in Pen Drive
with editable working financial model (Ms excel) within 2 weeks after
receiving comments on draft DFR from GAIL
