    Whenever, the two (2) had the chance to have a conversation it will always end up in a
    heated argument and in these fights John Floyd Cruz will say unsavory words to Helen
    Adarna like “WALA KANG KUWENTANG BABAE, MALAS KA, PALAMUNIN” and other
    words to that effect in the presence of their son.

    2. FRIANEZA
    John Floyd Cruz refuses to give money and whatever savings the family have he spent in
    on drinking alcohol.

    3. MONTES
    That whenever John Floyd Cruz receives calls he will distance himself so that nobody will
    hear the conversation.

    4. PUDDONG
    Sometime on March 1, 2021, John Floyd Cruz went out of their house allegedly to look
    for a job.

    5. SANTIAGO
    In the process, Helen Adarna was punched several times by John Floyd Cruz. Helen
    Adarna immediately reported the matter to the police and she was subjected to a
    physical medical examination.
