ANNOTATION Some learners need assistance. At first, the learner did not
improve on the intervention I gave to him. So, I approach and
orient/teach first the parent during the distribution and retrieval
of modules about the lesson by giving more illustrations and
examples about the topic discussed in Mathematics and I
gave some reading materials with comprehension. The
following week, it shows that the learners gained mastery on
the said topic.

Do you feel that this collection of work really reflects your
IMAGE abilities and what you have achieved this year through the
LDM course? Why or why not?

During this time of Covid19 pandemic, LDM 2 course


helps me in many ways. It improve my readiness for the
implementation and management of learning delivery
modalities consistent with policies and covid19 response
framework adopted by the government. It also help me to
realize the value of organizing and collecting data ahead
of time. This school year is no ordinary year in my teaching
experience. Most of it cannot be captured by pictures
and videos behind the scene of what have transpire
during the distance learning modalities. What reflects
here are only some of the achievement's but most of all…
not all can be recorded. Unwritten and unspoken toils and
turmoil's in preparing the modules, reaching out those
learners in need and gathering the modules together.
Consequently, not to mention the financial shortage,
physical fatigue, mental health problem of each
individual have experienced these days. Its just
nowadays they realized the importance of teachers in
every classroom and how hard it was to teach a child. We
cannot turn back the time but we can change the future
for the better.

the lesson whom them learners find it difficult to understand. All
learners who have internet connections were encourage to join the
online class. Because of this, the teacher was easily assess the
