I frequently communicate with my pupils and parents for


feedbacks and follow-ups. During the 1st quarter, I am giving all the
activities to all learners but after checking their answers I have found
ANNOTATION out that my grade 5 learners have different learning capabilities and
level that is why the next quarters I gave simple but comprehensive
examples and explained to them clearly whether through online video
call or audio call. Other times, I explained to parents or learning
facilitators the lesson they find it hard during the distribution of
modules.

Since the beginning of the school year, I was able to


create our own Group Chat via Messenger to keep in-
touch with my grade 5 learners.
Those who doesn’t have any gadgets were also
ANNOTATION catered through tutorial during the distribution of the
modules while following safety health protocols.
I also developed instructional materials for Grade 5
students like worksheets in different subject areas and
reading materials to improve their reading comprehension
with easy examples appropriate to the level of the
learners.

ANNOTATION I am one of the luckiest teacher chosen by our public school


districts supervisor to developed a Self-Learning Module/Learning
Activity Sheet. I am assigned in grade 5 team.
I used our outputs to cater the needs of my slow learners since

ANNOTATION This video lesson in Araling Panlipunan is aligned with the most
essential learning competency for third quarter-week 4 for the grade 6
learners.
It was an output of a Team from SDO – Talugtug Annex where in
I am one of the script writer and at the same time teacher broadcaster.
It was evaluated by the EPS 1 in Araling Panlipunan and
presented on air through DepEd Hour and can be watch by everyone.

The parents/ Learning Facilitators come to school on their
set schedule following the safety health protocols to get and submit

submission before checking.

ANNOTATION The whole world is affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. As


an educator, we should continuously improve our strategies and
methods in teaching to cope with the New Normal Education. In this

Do you feel that this collection of work really reflects your
abilities and what you have achieved this year through the
LDM course? Why or why not?

The truth is at first this LDM Course was not easy to


work on to for it really took a long time, but later on as the course
goes on I slowly understand and get the point that this course can
help us teachers to improve in assessing ourselves and our way of
delivering effective and quality education to the learners specially
in this time of pandemic.
As I was working on this LDM, I was able to assess my
strengths and weaknesses as a teacher in the New Normal set-up
and at the same time I was able to find ways on how to improve
myself as a professional and a teacher to my learners.
I believe that Quality Education must be given to our
Filipino learners despite of all the problems, trials and pandemic
because we, teachers are flexible in every changes and willing to
take a risk for the benefit of every Filipino learner.

LDM is an effective and efficient aid in helping


ANNOTATION us, teachers to assess our strengths and weaknesses that
can be a great help to grow as professional.
We teach the Most Essential Learning
Competencies and important values that can help each
learner to be a good Filipino citizen that knows how to
share blessings and love to his neighbors.
