4. INTEL/ NPA charges $15,450 shall be Charterer’s responsibility

5. Hydraulic oil 4 drums @ N208,000drum = N832,000 shall be Charterer’s responsibility

6. Lube oil 2 drums @ N208,000/drum = N416,000 shall be Charterer’s responsibility

7. Gear oil 1 drum @ N208,000 = N208,000 shall be Charterer’s responsibility

8. Security escort 8Nos is solely Charterer’s responsibility

9. Charterer shall be responsible for the transportation of personnel and equipment to & from location
throughout the contract duration
