Job Description

1. Ideate and Launch new features, test their performance and taken initiatives in
collaboration with the Tech and Development Team
2. Work with development, test, business leadership and our partner teams to ensure that
product meets functional, quality, performance, scalability, and improve on user
experience.
3. Conceptualize and own consumer and driver engagement plans & execute the same
across all engagement channels (Email, PN, In-app, In-house inventories)
4. Create frameworks for customer segments based on user behavior
5. Work closely with marketing and category teams on strategies for customer acquisition
and retention
6. Collaborate with the Content and Product team to devise A/B experiments to improve
performance of engagement and retention marketing
7. Should be able to work collaboratively with the Tech and Development team for
seamless integration between backend sources and CleverTap Dashboard
8. Working on extended lifecycle automations and bulletins (personalized content delivery)
on the CleverTap Dashboard.
