Dear Mr. Ronak singh,

With reference to your application and subsequent discussions you had with us, we are pleased to offer you
“Marketing Analyst - Intern” position in our organization, on the following terms and conditions:

1. Date of joining:Your joining date with us will be on 6th June, 2020 and your appointment becomes effective on
that day.

2. Benefits: You are entitled to other benefits in accordance with the company policy as modified and intimated to
you from time to time.

3. Work timings: The normal working hours for all the employees is 9 hours a day, Monday to Sunday. Thursday
will be non-working day for organization. Organization expects flexibility in terms of working Hrs. You may be
required to work in shifts or on need basis for longer hours.

4. Leaves: 1 leave monthly (included sick and casual). Leaves are not carried forward or reimbursable.

5. Notice Period: Termination of service from either side after serving notice period of 30 days or equivalent
compensation for unserved period. Prior to leaving the company, you will ensure that all your ongoing activities
are successfully completed and handed over to the in-charge.

6. Job: Though you have been engaged on a specific position, the company reserves the right to determine the type
and range of work you may be subsequently called upon to perform. You will not accept any employment,
parttime or otherwise, without the written permission from the Director/CEO of the company authorizing you to
do so.

7. Confidentiality :During your employment with Boongg.com, you will be party to confidential information like
Boongg’s business practices, day-to-day business operations, capabilities, strategies, marketing methodologies,
existing and targeted clientele or other aspects of Boongg’s business. You understand that this information is
 extremely confidential. You undertake to maintain the confidentiality of such information during (or after) your
relationship with Boongg.

8. General Provisions:

a. The company has evolved a confidentiality undertaking to protect the rights of the personnel working for
the company and also that of the company while dealing with confidential information and documents. If
you conceive or invent/discover/improve on any new or advanced or current methods of improving
processes/formulae /systems in relation to the operation of the Company or its affiliates or customers, such
developments, discoveries or inventions will be fully communicated to the company and remain the sole
right of the company.

b. You will keep us informed of any change in residential address, your family status or any other personal
particulars relevant to your employment, as and when the change occurs.

9. Your employment with Boongg may be terminated by the employer without providing any notice to you for any
of the reasons as listed hereunder.
a. Not able to complete the training with required standards.
b. Misconduct which includes but not limited to (i) Unauthorized absence from work; (ii) Negligence in
performing duties; (iii) Data theft; (iv) Misrepresentation of facts; (v) Willful disobedience of the
instructions of the management or supervisors; (vi) Non performance.

c. Engaged in any conduct which may tend to injure the reputation or standing of the Employer. (d)
Willfully breaches the confidentiality of any client/customer, Employee or the Employer (e) Attends for
work under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol. (f) Issues related to Integrity.
(g) Violation of Company policies.
(h) Indulge in harassment, man handling, etc.
Note: This offer is made an initial agreement on salary, If we find resource capable of handling tasks, we may
change his salary structure.

Important Terms:
1. Your employment will be governed by the rules, regulations & policies of the Company. All the benefits are as
per the Company’s policies, which are subject to change from time to time.

This letter of offer is valid until 5th June 2020 for acceptance. Please acknowledge and provide consent via email.
