Assessment : Purpose Assessment : Who?


• stimulate you to study the prerequisite material in depth with the BBA students from inside Council of Europe
aim of being well prepared for the start of the BBA math course o assessment test: obligatory
o brushing up course: in your advantage
• give you a clear view on whether or not you master this
prerequisite material
BBA students from outside Council of Europe (already did SAT)
• advise you about the most appropriate course package for you o If 500 ≤ SAT < 550 (or 19 ≤ ACT < 22):

o Standard track: 4h/week assessment + brushing up course obligatory


o Fast track 2h/week + tutorial (optional) o If SAT ≥ 550 (or ACT ≥ 22):
o Same material and exam in both tracks assessment voluntarily

• you will need a graphical calculator TI84/83/82STATS for the math
course in BBA, but for the test a scientific calculator is sufficient
• if you do not have a graphical calculator: wait for the information in
class before you buy one
• if you do not have a scientific calculator either: we have a few
calculators that can be borrowed, ask the teachers
