1. Please be informed that the following are the School and Home visitation
conducted by PNP personnel of Tomas Oppus MPS for the period of
January to July 2015 under the supervision of PSI ARIEL PIA NUÑEZ,
COP;

a. On January 10, 2015 at about 10:30 AM, PNP

personnel of Tomas Oppus MPS under the
supervision of PSI ARIEL P NUÑEZ conducted
home visitation at Brgy Bogo, Tomas Oppus,
Southern Leyte wherein 15 households were visited
and PNP personnel emphasized the importance of
community support on attainment of peace and
order.

b. On January 12, 2015 at about 2:00PM PNP

personnel of Tomas Oppus MPS under the
supervision of PSI ARIEL P NUÑEZ conducted
home visitation at Brgy Tinago, Tomas Oppus,
Southern Leyte wherein 17 household were visited
and PNP personnel emphasized the importance of
community support on attainment of peace and
order.

c. On January 13, 2015 at about 09:00AM PNP

personnel of Tomas Oppus MPS under the
supervision of PSI ARIEL P NUÑEZ conducted
home visitation at Brgy Cabascan, Tomas Oppus,
Southern Leyte wherein 12 household were visited
and PNP personnel emphasized the importance of
community support on attainment of peace and
order.
d. On January 15, 2015 at about 09:00AM PNP
personnel of Tomas Oppus MPS under the
supervision of PSI ARIEL P NUÑEZ conducted
home visitation at Brgy. Cawayan, Tomas Oppus,
Southern Leyte wherein 12 household were visited
and PNP personnel emphasized the importance of
community support on attainment of peace and
order.

e. On January 17, 2015 at about 09:30AM PNP

personnel of Tomas Oppus MPS under the
supervision of PSI ARIEL P NUÑEZ conducted
home visitation at Brgy. Hugpa, Tomas Oppus,
Southern Leyte wherein 12 household were visited
and PNP personnel emphasized the importance of
community support on attainment of peace and
order.

f. On January 19, 2015 at about 09:30AM PNP

personnel of Tomas Oppus MPS under the
supervision of PSI ARIEL P NUÑEZ conducted
home visitation at Brgy. Punong, Tomas Oppus,
Southern Leyte wherein 10 household were visited
and PNP personnel emphasized the importance of

order.

g. On January 22, 2015 at about 12:30AM PNP

home visitation at Brgy. Carnaga, Tomas Oppus,
Southern Leyte wherein 10 household were visited

Southern Leyte wherein 10 household were visited

i. On January 25, 2015 at about 11:30AM PNP

home visitation at Brgy. Biasong, Tomas Oppus,
Southern Leyte wherein 10 household were
visited and PNP personnel emphasized the

j. On January 26, 2015 at about 03:30PM PNP

Cambite, Tomas Oppus, Southern Leyte wherein 10
household were visited and PNP personnel emphasized

l. On February 06, 2015 at about 02:30PM PNP
