Narrative Report of the Virtual Graduation

of Buyon Integrated School- Grade 6

Education made possible in the midst of this pandemic that arose through
the unity of all the DepEd stuff, and at this point in time, we are to send our dear
Grade 6 students to the next level of their academe. Virtual graduation was done
last school year 2019-2020 and still on the run this year 2020-2021.

Buyon Intgrated School, blissfully made its graduation as one of the most
memorable part of the lives of the students although it is just done virtually, the
cooperation of the school-stuff made it possible. The preparation was good with the
help of one another, preparation of the medals, the documents, and also the
graduation proper itself.

Before the graduation day, BIS teachers and of course our very own, Sir Faith Noel
Reyes, our Teacher In Charge gathered for a meeting about the incoming
graduation which was done virtually, planned and appointed teachers who will do
their tasks about the agenda.

On July 12, 2021, the video was played online where students are invited to join
the school in their virtual graduation, in the clip there are special guests that
talked in the said video, one of them is Sir Emil Donato, our very own District
Supervisor who shared an inspiring message to the graduates, not only him but
also our very versatile Schools Division Superintendent Dr. Alfredo B. Gumaru JR.
who joined the students in the conferment of awards. Honorable Jessie Sr. B. Eder
also shared his very thoughtful message to the dear graduates.

The program went well, the assigned students did their tasks in sharing their
speeches to the viewers. Namely, Rezy Jane B. Pancho who did the prayer followed
by Paulo Miguel M. Villaroza for the welcome remarks, Glaydel Mae E. Fernandez
for her message representing the awardees, Marjorie P. Bugan for their class

pledge. Tribute to parents and graduation song was played on the last part of the
said video.

The distribution of the certificates and medals was done by following the AITF
protocols. Counted numbers of parents were asked to come to school to receive the
respective documents and awards of their children. The School designated teachers
who will do the said activity and of course with the presence of their school adviser,
Sir Reymond R. Butac who is very active and supportive to his students.
Buyon Integrated School is so thankful that the virtual graduation was successful
even in the midst of this very challenging situation.
