Business Establishments in Lamitan City Continue to Implement

the “No Face Mask: No Entry,” Policy

Business establishments continue to implement the “No face mask: No entry,”

policy in compliance with City Ordinance No. 2020-08, which mandates the
wearing of face masks and physical distancing while the City is under Modified
General Community Quarantine (MGCQ).

Business establishments such as JSD Grocery, New Trading Center, Friends 2 Mini
Mart, MLhuillier, and Lucky Store, among others, were found to have the “No
Face Mask: No Entry,” signage posted on their entrances.

Businessman Eddie Wee, proprietor of Friends 2 Mini Mart, said he is intent to

consistently follow Lamitan City IATF Guidelines; he opined that it is absolutely
necessary to observe health protocols and physical distancing to ensure
protection from COVID-19 for both business owners and their customers.

The City Government of Lamitan, headed by Hon. Mayor Rose U. Furigay, would
like to thank business owners who continue to be compliant with IATF Guidelines;
curbing the rise of COVID-19 is a top priority for the Local Chief Executive.

Stay safe & compliant with IATF guidelines.

Thank you!
