for you w.e.f. 01.07.2021 to 30.05.2022.

As per discussion I had with you for letting out my premises at Flat No.204, Siddhivinayak park,
near New Modern English School, Sector 9, Airoli Navi Mumbai-400708 for residential
accommodation

I offer the same under following terms and conditions :-

1. Location :- Flat No.204, Siddhivinayak park, near New Modern English School, Sector 9,
Airoli Navi Mumbai-400708.

2. Carpet Area :- About 550 Sq. Ft. on the built-up area.

Details of Area room wise :- 1 BHK

3. Terms :- Monthly tenancy basis.

4. Rent :- Rs.- Per Sq. Ft. per month for carpet area inclusive of all taxes and charges
present and future / lump-sum Rs.18000/- per month exclusive of all taxes and
charges.

5. Water supplies :- I shall arrange for supply of continuous fresh drinking water in the
water tanks by providing a pumps and an overhead tank at my cost.

6. Up-keeping :- I shall arrange for white washing of the premises every two years and
repairs as and when required at my own cost.
