INSTALLATION GUIDE

Step 1:
First, check all points and if all is fulfilled, please continue with the description.
1a. Do you have administrative rights for your system?
If not, the software cannot be installed on your system.

1b. Do you have at least Microsoft Office 2007 installation on your computer?
If not, the software will not run correctly.

1c. Do you have a license file for customizing the software AlphaSYS®?
If not, no problem - you can get one by sending an E-Mail to:
info@alpha-passoni.de

Step 2:
2a. Please uninstall the previous versions of AlphaSYS® from your computer.

2b. Delete the entire folder AlphaSYS from your hard disc drive
C:\Program files(x86)\AlphaSYS

Step 3:
3a. Download the latest AlphaSYS® version by clicking on the download link below:
http://www.alpha-passoni.de/Setup-AlphaSYS/74/AlphaSYS_7.4.0.exe
Download is completed!

3b. Run the downloaded file AlphaSYS_7.4.0.exe and follow the instructions.
Installation is completed!

3c. Start AlphaSYS® and you will see a window with the following message:
„You have called the AlphaSYS_Updater. Therefore we will close AlphySYS® and start the AlphaSYS -
Updater. Follow the instructions of the update and restart after completion of the customizations
AlphaSYS®“

3d. Click OK and the updater will open. Now, click on the Customize Database button, choose your license file
custdata.lic, and accept this by clicking on the button OPEN.
AlphaSYS_Updater window shows a green background!

3e. Now, you can close the AlphaSYS_Updater.
