KOOTEK laptop cooling pad CP22

A cool pad is a laptop accessory that used to reduce the laptop overheating while functioning.
On placing the laptop over the cooling pad, heat will be dissipated by the fans in it. A cool pad is
generally in rectangular shape with 17 in. length and 14 in. width and weighs about 2.5
kilogram. Hence it can be conveniently used for regular laptops with screen width of 12in. to 17
in. It consists of six main parts (1) Base, containing provision for the fans and a slot for the cable
(2) Five Fans, One big and four small ones , (3) a Cable , (4) a Stand, with 6 level adjustments,
(5) a Cover, and (6) Two stoppers as shown in the figure 1.

(1) Base
Base is a rectangular, metal panel with smooth texture and contains slots for the
provision of fans, cable. It will have sufficient strength to withstand the weight of the
laptop without any deflections.
(2) Fans
There are 5 fans made-up of plastic. One centre fan is with 5.9 in. diameter and the
remaining four corner fans are of 2.76 in. diameter. These fans by rotating, removes the
heat generated during the functioning of the laptop placed on the cooling pad.
(3) Cable
The cable is made with PVC outer casing, with brass wire inside. This supplies power to
the cool pad when connected to a laptop.
(4) Stand
This is made with metal and fixed to the base of the cooling pad. This can bear the load
of the laptop placed on the base rigidly. There is a 6 level adjustment provided to the
stand, that helps to conveniently change the height of the laptop as per the user
requirement as shown in figure 2.

(5) Cover
It is a metal mesh, meant for covering the unit of fans and to allow the air flow from the
fans to the laptop in a predefined manner that helps to cool the laptop by dissipating the
heat generated.
(6) Stoppers
The two plastic stoppers at the edge of the base will prevent the laptop from sliding
down and falling when it is placed on the cooling pad.
