The capacity of a teachers in handling learners

1. Research Problem: Disconnection of Educating Students

2. Rationate : We wants to conduct this research to see the development of improving the
rate of processing, memory , and sequencing and, upgrading language skills of a students in
combination with the great method of a teacher how they handle a learners.

3. Significance : It’s important to conduct this research to build our teachers capacity
for success. So they’re empowered to plan, reflect, and process through the barrage of
change in a way that meets their students needs.

4. Objective : The goal of this research is that teacher effectiveness way of handling
