The activity shows your skills work out plan/ work out plan for future recreational interest or physical actvity.

I. Objective
• To develop work out plan for pursuing the recreational interest
• To conduct recreational or physical activity with progress.

II. Materials/Equipment
• Worksheets/skills improvement plan/work out plan notebook
• Pen
• Available sports equipment

III. Procedure
1. Create your own work out plan
2. Fill up the skills improvement plan/work out plan table below
3. Follow the plan that created according to your table
4. Evaluate the skills improvement plan/work out plan that you are doing and experiences you have while doing
activities. Write those activities that you think you can maintain.
5. From those activities that you have maintain, continue doing it for 3 weeks to monitor your progress.
6. Focus on the following:
a. What activity in your skills improvement plan/ work out plan have you followed?
b. Have there been changes in your health that you have noticed since applying your work out plan in your
schedule? Monitor your pulse rate before to start the activity and after.
