Opponents of incentive pay programs argue that these programs manipulate employees

more than seniority and merit pay programs. Discuss your views on this statement

answer

I disagree with the view that incentive pay programs manipulate employees more than
seniority and merit pay programs. This is because essentially they are all aimed at doing the
same thing.

Incentive payment schemes are additional bonuses or incentives for achieving goals.

The Advantage Pay system is a reward system designed to increase salaries in the long run,
rather than as a one-time bonus like an incentive payment method.

The Senior Paid Program is linked to senior pay and experience. It is true to manipulate the
benefit payroll program as follows by encouraging loyalty to the organization and
manipulating employees above the seniority of the reward tbsp, incentive reward program.

1. People tend to think long-term, focus on achieving current goals in order to get incentives

2. Motivation is linked to incentives, so they are less loyal to the organization

3. Employees can use unfair methods There are to achieve goals and earn bonuses

4. In these cases, the employee is not obsessed with the organization or its core values
