1. Symptom.
Sometimes the engine can stop when the driver is sitting on the edge of seat.

2. Cause
The sensing coverage of safety switch on the seat is not enough for light drivers.

3. Improvement
1) The type of safety switch changed from button type to micro switch type.
2) The location of switch fitted under the seat cushion changed to the suspension underneath to increase
the coverage of sensing.

2. Then you can remove the seat from suspension

assembly.
1. Remove 4 bolts from the
bottom of seat assembly as
shown in the picture.

3. Pull the fasteners out with panch. ** When you re-assemble, use the new fasteners enclosed in the repair kit.
(Upper: 14ea, lower: 2ea)

4. Remove the weight adjust knob by pulling spring pin out.

** When re-assemble, replace the weight adjust knob with new one enclosed in the repair kit.

5. Remove the snap ring and shock-absorber pin to remove gas shock absorber.

6. Raise up the upper suspension slowly to

unfold it as shown in the picture on
the right.

** Be sure to align ‘A’ and ‘B’ bracket position.

7. Assemble the weight adjust knob, bracket and micro S/W as shown in the picture above.

Fix the switch with SCREW underneath of the bracket.

Front After installing S/W, tie the wire of switch with tie band
as shown in the picture above.

8. After installing the seat switch, re-assemble the seat assembly to the tractor.
