I. INTRODUCTION
Teacher’s goal is to deliver quality and basic education. Supporting and
implementing varied projects of the Department of Education to cater the educational
needs of the learners, trying to raise the level of excellence as well as their progress
and development to be globally competitive of the 21st century even in the time of
pandemic.
II. OBJECTIVES
1. Inform the heroic deeds of the mentor and the pupils as well.
2. To distinguish the achievement done by the teacher.
3. Means of MOV in the IPCRF
III. FOREGROUND OF THE ACCOMPLISHMENT
A. Pupil Development
1. Generously related and implemented the different programs of the Department
of Education
2. Printed, distributed and retrieved modules.
3. Evaluated pupils’ achievement
4. Monitored pupils’ through GC
5. Write Learning Activity Sheet and Self Learning Kit for the pupils.

B. Teacher Development
 1. Attended different webinars
2. Served as resource speaker in different INSETs.
3. Performed observation and supervision to teachers.
4. Provided technical assistance in mentoring and coaching activities to teachers.
5. Teacher radio broadcaster
6. Demonstration Teacher in Project GOALS
7. Raised innovation “I Like Math” and Research
8. Constituent in IGP and community service. “Project SHINE” School Income
Generating Project to Help Indigent Learners as a Noteworthy Endeavor to
promote accessible and quality education
9. Supported DepEd policies and programs

C. Curriculum Development
1. Assessed pupils’ performance through their modules
2. Adopted and implemented the K12 curriculum in time of pandemic.
3. Continuous construction of Learning Activity Sheets every quarter
4. Constructed QA Self Learning Kit
5. Accomplished and submitted Deped reports on time.
D. Physical Facilities Development
1. Restructured and housed the room since it’s newly renovated.
2. Replanted the lawn assignment with new flowering plants, vegetables and
cleaned/ painted the school.
3. Procurement of ornamental, flowering plants and pots for the development of
the garden assigned.
4. Help maintained the cleanliness of the school
5. Planted mulberries
