    Subject : Summary of my Genesis learning

    Hi Tanyal,
    I needed to give you insights regarding the Genesis Program for the CSA Department,
    which we went through in the last month. We were informed about the organization with the
    PRARAMBH program. In these, we were educated about the Structure of the organization and
    how all the various discipline works and how it interlinks with each other.

    After that, we had the preparation on the AutoCAD, Plant 3D, and Revit for one week. We
    as a whole vibe that the time given for this preparation is less.

    After the Autocad training, we learned about Staad Pro, Steel Structure, and RCC
    Structure. In this, we found out about the various ideas on the subjects just as how to apply this
    topic in practical using of Staad Pro Software.

    During this, we additionally were relegated to various courses in ATL and Kaleidoscope
    stage. In these, we found out about delicate abilities, QMS, and Information Security
    Management System.

    From this Genesis program. I found out particularly about my center's specialized
    subjects and delicate ability preparing. From that, I had come to realize that my creating territory
    in Dynamic Analysis and Earthquake Resistance Structure Design for that I will learn SAP
    Software. Additionally from ATL courses, I discovered that I need to improve my communication
    skill for that I chose, In the general talk I need to maintain a strategic distance from utilizing my
    Mother's tongue and speak in English only. Alongside that to improve my Vocabulary I take in 5
    new words ordinarily from Mangoosh.
