RATIONALE The Malinao National High School achieves its mandate

by providing quality education to its learners. At this time
of uncertainties and fears, many of our fellowmen shifted
their hobbies of being a “Plantita” and “Plantito.” A lot of
them enjoys planting different kinds of plants such as
ornamental, medicinal and a lot more. To some, this
activity could be a source of an additional income
specially nowadays that we are facing Global Pandemic.
This proposed project is developed to increase
participant’s awareness on the importance of planting
nutritious foods like vegetables and fruits that can help
them earn and at the same time provide nutritious foods
to their families. Likewise, through collaborative efforts of
the participants, the school and some stakeholders,
beautification of the school through planting these plants
will be achieved. This activity will enable the participants
to show that those spare time could be more productive
because of the expected produce which will help the
society in achieving low malnutrition rate.
OBJECTIVES At the end of this activity, the participants are expected
to:
1. Create their own nutritious garden inside the school
per grade level
2. Ensure beautification of the school through planting
