Mrs. A is peace loving citizen of the country and presently, she living and residing in her
house with her mother in law at bidoli village, Dehradun, she is aged about 37 years,
qualified as M.B.B.S. she is blessed with two sons, aged 4 and 2 years respectively. Her
husband is residing in Canada. Mr. X and y are neighbors of Mrs. A and are having their
house opposite to her house.
Mr. X is the son of Mr. Y. on the evening of 27.12.2013, Mr. Y stored bricks on the
passage leading towards the house of Mrs. A, which made difficulty to take her car inside
and outside. As a good neighbor, she requested Mr. Y that there can be an emergency and
she has to take out the car outside at night time also, so kindly remove the bricks. Instead
of removing the bricks, Mr. Y, rather threatened her with dire consequences, which make
the complainant to lodge the complaint to the police. She made a complaint, dated
28.12.2013, ASI Gopal Singh came to sort out the matter and told the person concerned
to remove the bricks and accordingly, she did not proceed with that complaint, as the
assurance was given by Mr. Y that they will not disturb the peaceful living and will not
block her passage.
Mr. X son of Mr. Y instead of mending his ways started steering her with bad eyes, is in
the habit of calling unwanted persons and used to steering on her and used to pass filthy
and burglar remarks and language against her. On 29.12.2013, the she was standing in
front of gate of her house; Mr. X started steering at her with the intention to intimidate
her. Mr. Y had shouted at her. She again made a complaint dated 06.01.2014, submitted
to The Commissioner of Police, Dehradun, in which the police did not take any action,
rather she has been harassed at the instance of Mr X and Y.
