Key Deliverables:
• Following and ensuring that the project is being executed as per Unified Project Management (UPM) methodology
ensuring that the projects are completed as per the proposed timeline & within stipulated budget.
• Creating a high level as well as a detailed level project plan in MS Project which needed to be tracked to completion.
• Ensuring effective Client and internal stakeholder management through weekly status reports and daily stand up

• Providing the clients with the As-Is view of their application portfolio along with high level view of how the portfolio is
organized across different functions and processes. The views were developed using Tableau, Qlikview and SAP Lumira
tools. The application portfolios were analyzed using R & MS Excel tools.
• Developing a report that documented action for each application being analyzed based on the scope of analysis thus
creating an Application Rationalization Design using Macrofocus Treemap tool.
• Creating a pragmatic Transformation Roadmap charting the journey from the ‘As-Is’ to the ‘To-Be’ state which also included
timeframes and order of priority in which initiatives should be executed.
